Unique Features

While the Ambassadors for Christ have many things in common with other youth ministries, we also have several unique features:

Scripturally & Educationally Based: 

We are not just a boys club or or girls club in the conventional sense as we are educationally based as we look at life and see what is happening around us and why, apply scripture, seek direction and unity to come up with practical solutions that can make a difference in local churched and communities. It is understanding the needs and learning to be sensitive to the needs of others and working with other groups and organizations and churches to encourage involvement to meet those needs. Simply put it is faith and Christianity in action. Ambassadors for Christ in using scripture looks at the root causes for why things happen the way they do and work to do something about it. Each person that becomes involved learns respect for others and a sense of self respect and accomplishment as they are working to help others, while learning to be godly Christian youth that become men and women.

Focus on evangelism and discipleship. 

While the focus is on evangelism and discipleship we have come to understand that we are the salt of the earth and the light of the world and so it is about introducing others to Christ, both Jesus and the body. From there is to walking with people in love and understanding who they are and helping them come to an understanding of who they are in Him and what we as a body have been called to do and what we as individuals in the body have been called to do. Each one of us has been called to do something that if not done, the job will not get done. It is understanding that He loves us all and gave all to us so that we might live, but it is also coming to realize that we have a part in it also as Jesus did and does as we learn to put our own interests aside for His will. We introduce boys and girls to Christ and then we disciple them, helping them grow strong in the Lord. We also offer opportunities for your church to minister to the families of the boys and girls who attend.

Build leaders. 

Our program takes boys and girls a step further--molding them into the leaders of tomorrow. It's not just another fun evening. We help you build leaders. When they leave the program, our goal is for them to lead or to take on the mantle of leadership in other areas of the church and the community.

The Ministry: Our Children and Our Future

Working through local churches, schools and organizations across the globe, we seek to encourage men and women to lead programs for boys and girls of all ages so we as one body can make a difference in local communities.

This vast network of committed men and women share a common burden of bringing boys and girls to Christ, and then training them for his service. 

As a ministry, we’re working to:

• Guide boys and girls to the Lord

• Guide boys and girls to the Word of God

• Guide boys and girls to Christian maturity

• Guide boys and girls to the local church

• Guide them in their calling and help prepare them for life as a leader
