What
is the Missions Global Missions Initiative? : Intro
1) It is seeking God's face, His will and ways to accomplish His will globally working as one body (II Chronicles 7:14), building and supporting the body and church
2) Build the body, each member, His ministries globally and locally so the body can deal with the needs of people. To promote His ministries.
3) Work in love and unity to encourage, exhort, and support the work of the body.
4) Train, support and send believers globally to support the work of the body, so that no stone be left unturned,
5) Care for the needs of all and work with local churches or establish local churches to provide for the needs of the community in body, soul and spirit helping with food, shelter, clothing, to care for the sick or those in prison
6) Local member churches, association members, affiliates, chapters and volunteers and partners giving and tithing to support GMI so all can be reached globally.
7) Stand together as one body in faith proclaiming the Gospel (that Jesus cares and so does His body) knowing that "We will see the nations turn, touching heaven changing earth!"

Solution: Crossing Denominational Lines: The Body Working Together, Helping Those in Need Globally

The first and most important part is to call His royal priesthood together globally to seek Him as one body globally. We understand fully that man does not have the answers and also have come to the realization that the only way to deal with all the needs of all is to come together to seek Him and learn to move and operate as one body. It is a choice and a condition of the heart to either come together for His will and purpose or work separately. We believe that this is a call of God for all of His people to work together in love and unity.
To work to build the body globally in local communities to deal with the needs of all in body, soul and spirit.
To inform believers of some of the backgrounds of all countries and the needs of the people in those countries and ministries that are working to help in those areas. To inform prayer partners of the needs per county and organize teams of prayer partners globally. Our Daily Bread, Prayer Partners
Almost two-thirds of the world's population has never heard the Gospel message that Jesus died for them that they may live and secondly that the body of Christ cares for each one of them as the Father does.
Over a thousand people groups have never been penetrated for the Lord Jesus Christ.
Many areas. people, communities, tribes have never received their first missionary or understand His love.
There are approximately 1,700 languages without the written Word of God.
The world's population will double in less than 50 years, so there is more need to be sent.
It is estimated that some 20,000 people starve to death each day.
Countless people are homeless and in need for many reasons.
We do not look for fault or blame as to why this has happened except to turn from our way of doing things and seek Him globally as one body. We are by choice either working together for His purpose and will or we choose not to. It is a call for the body to stand in faith! When we think of statistics like these in terms of fulfilling the Great Commission of Christ (head and body) to take the Gospel to every nation, we realize we are faced with a great task. The information provided has been written to mobilize and equip believers to fulfill the great challenge. It is a tremendous task, but it is not impossible if we work as one body. Unlike most evangelism outreaches which focus only on the command to "go" into all the world with the Gospel. They emphasize preaching and teaching the Gospel message. ODB, its affiliates and members differ because it also focuses on what Jesus said to do "as you go" and the New Testament Church pattern of what to do "while you are there" us (the body) represent Him and His love and care for others.
"To leave no stone unturned and deny no one in need." To establish or work with established ministries and outreaches globally to provide a link of information and resources in an effort to help all those in need.
General: To work with existing ministries or establish Missions, Ministries, Schools globally so all can be reached. To inform believers of the physical and spiritual needs of countries. To gather a global prayer team to pray about missions and the needs in each country. To train believers in the different countries and train believers to be sent to those countries in an organized effort to reach people with the Gospel and help in their needs.
Five Year Vision: Phase One, Two and Three: List all the countries with the latest and most accurate situation and condition of each country. Seek out ministries that are already serving in many areas and work with them to reach all in the area they serve and list them in the area they serve. Seek out people willing to pray and organize teams to pray for geographical areas and the needs of those people living in those areas. Phase Four: Train and equip believers called to the areas that are not being reached currently by ODB or affiliates and send them, helping them raise the funds necessary. Long and Short Term: To clearly state who in the body is representing Him in all areas globally and help raise awareness, prayer, funds and supply to all outreaches so the needs of all can be dealt with. In addition, this initiative is designed to reach all in need but also help in eliminating overlapping services.
Talk to others and raise awareness of the needs of others globally and what we are working to do together as one body. 2) Web Space & Links; If you are currently working in ministry in one of these areas you can become a member of ODB or affiliate ministry in one of the associations: Association of Pastoral Counselors, Association of Accredited Bible Schools, Alliance of Accredited Ministers and Churches, Association of Christian Chaplains and list your ministry and links to your web site in the country you are located. Join the team! Member Benefits & ODB, Matching Funds Program & Charter & Chapter Groups & Matching Funds & Qualifications (Application for project) (Application for Ministry Project) or if you are in ministry and not a member of ODB and you would like your site listed in one of the countries or regions and you have a web site, you may register your site for $7.50 US for the first area or country and $1 per year for every county you serve there after. Proceeds and help from ODB and its members goes directly to you. ODB will be selective and not all that want a listing will get one. When you have a listing with ODB you are also receiving and endorsement with ODB which suggests supporters of ODB should also support your ministry. 3) If you are a teacher in a school or a member of a church you may want to start an ODB charter group:
Ambassadors for Christ (Global Youth Outreach) Charter & Chapter Groups, to inform believers in you community and raise Support for the ongoing work.

As a partner you have a voice in what is happening. That voice determines what we do. As a Partner this ministry is in Part your ministry. We are Partners with God and He with us. God's Word tells us that partnership in ministry is the most powerful relationship on the face of the earth. It is a covenant relationship based on the blood of Jesus. It is a relationship of the highest honor. Consequently, it is a relationship of the highest commitment. It is very much like you are there with us in the mission field and you receive a part of the blessings.
