The Publisher agrees to:

Our Daily Bread, Missions Publishing Services (The Publisher) agrees to pay an annual royalty of twenty percent (20%) on sales of the work after the first five copies sold in each calendar year when sold through a bookstore or discounted from the retail price, and forty percent (40%) on all sales after the first five copies sold in each calendar year when sold directly by the Publisher at the full retail price. Royalties are paid annually unless otherwise agreed. The Publisher agrees to cease distribution of the work within 90 days upon written notification by the author.

The Author agrees to:

I represent and warrant to Our Daily Bread, Missions/ the dissertation, book, or thesis attached is my own work and that I do not infringe or violate the rights of anyone else and that I am the sole owner to the rights to this work. Furthermore, I understand that it is my sole responsibility to obtain any copyright permission necessary to publish my work. I hereby grant ODB, Publishing Services the non-exclusive right to reproduce and distribute, in whole or in part, my academic work indicated on submission form in both hard copy and electronic form. I agree that either party may terminate this agreement for any reason by giving 90 days notice in which case ODB, Publishing Services will cease all distribution of the work (initial fees are non-refundable). I agree that any changes to my work after it is accepted for publication by the publisher represents a new submission and may require repayment of all submission and preparation fees. It is my responsibility to notify ODB, Publishing Services, of changes in e-mail or mailing address.
