Our Commitment & Your Commitment

Our Commitment

A "partnership or covenant" with God or each other, is a relationship based on a common goal. To reach that goal, each party must be in agreement-that is, they must be committed to one another.

The staff and Partners of Our Daily Bread, Missions are committed to our Covenant Partners and to His work and His will. We pray for our Partners every day, speaking the promises of God on their behalf and working to their benefit. Within the ODB Center we have a Prayer Department and a Partner Services Department devoted to praying for and helping meet the specific needs of our Partners.

We believe that we are accountable to God and each one of our Partners and we inform our Partners personally by writing letters and ministering to them what the Lord has placed on my heart for them. The purpose of that letter is solely to meet their needs-it's not to raise money or present them with our needs.

Our Partners also receive monthly emails informing our Partners as to what is happening and what is being accomplished in Christ’s name and our Partners name.

We honor the relationship we have with our Partners and therefore will never sell or share the names or personal information of our Partners with any ministry, business or organization.

Your Commitment:

This ministry has a calling to bring believers to the knowledge of who they are in Christ Jesus, train them if they desire, and help place them in the ministry or service that they have been called to. In every way we are committed to the "Equipping the Saints for the Work of the Ministry." To do that, it takes dedicated co-laborers—Covenant Partners—who accept the calling of this ministry to see that the message of faith and prosperity is on every available voice.

As you can imagine, the needs of the people we serve and reaching out to the world in ministry are great and to do that there are three things that are essential: prayer, financial support, and individuals seeking God’s will in their lives.

First, we ask our Partners to pray the Lord's prayer daily and to spend time praying for this ministry. If you feel so led, ask 12 other to pray the Lord's Prayer daily also and ask them to as 12 other to do so also. If everyone did this we could have as many a 20 million people praying in unity daily. That will bring change. Great things happen when "prayer warriors" are at work and I can always tell when my Partners are praying.

Second, the generous monthly gifts from my Partners are the life-blood of this ministry and are used to support our many outreaches. We ask our Partners to seek God as to what He would have them do to support this ministry financially.

Third, seek God for His direction. We are here to help you with training and placement. We realize that not everyone is called to do the same things, but those that are called to the mission field need your prayers and support if we are going to reach all those in need. It is a big responsibility but can be done through Christ (Jesus the head and we are the body). God desires to bless His people, but His people need also to learn to step out in faith.

Fourth, you do not have quit going to your local church, nor are you being asked to tithe to this ministry. People do give this ministry because we do reach out to those in need and our Partners desire to help and do something to help others.
