Partners, Ministers, Volunteers, Schools & Services Are About Advocacy Licensing as a Minister or Church Partnerships & Covenant Relationships! Why Partner with ODB? Our Daily Bread is the Ministry of God and we are told to pray and ask for Our Daily Bread, daily. We all need more of Jesus in our lives. It is the first step to resolving the needs of all. The second step to resolving the needs of others is to act upon what He has given us to do. The third thing that He has given us to do is to learn to work together as one body. In not working together, the body is fragmented and weak, however with Jesus as the head and we as a united body, make Christ, understanding who we are in Christ. It is coming to an
understanding that we are all in this together. Partnership is working together as one body with many parts, with Jesus to
accomplish His work. It is being a co-worker together to do His will. What
is his will? First, all come to Him and for Him to be at the center of all
things. Secondly, reach out with the Good News letting people know that He
cares and we care enough to end starvation and homelessness, giving
purpose and meaning to our lives. Partnerships are
not a new concept! There are some important scriptures to help us fully
understand partnership and its benefits. We desire to end hunger. By the time it takes for you to read this as many as 22 will starve to death. Yes we desire to reach them with God’s Word, but the Word has weight to it when we can reach out and feed people. Everyone we reach out to becomes our responsibility. Once fed or clothed or given shelter is our duty to reach out with His Word and most people receive it. The next part is the most difficult, it is walking with others until they are established in Christ so the can grow up in Him and become a part of the solution, by working in the body to reach out to others. It isn’t just feeding people, but feeding people until they can learn how to fish on their own through Christ. It is a principle of multiplication. Jesus took on twelve and those called work to do the same. Over a period of time everyone can be reach and the problems can be solved permanently. Quick fixes are like Band-Aids. Band-Aids are good for a moment but the problem or the hurt is still there and will remain if we do not take care of the original hurt. Jesus does supply the healing and the power, but we supply the implementation of His will by caring for the needs of others. It does not make a difference if you are already a minister or even if
you work for a church or organization. Partnerships through Christ puts us
all on an even playing field for the purpose of building the kingdom of
God here and now. When we support His work and other Partnerships, you are
doing the same when you support us.
