As Believers, Volunteers, Churches & Ministers.....

It is first about prayer and seeking God's presence and will. All long term solutions come from prayer first. Secondly action. We are to reach people with the Gospel (Good News) of Christ. People need answers to problems both spiritually and physically. People that come the Lord need help as they are usually in some sort of crisis. They need God to intervene and He does, but they also need the body to see them through the problems. As they know they are in Crisis, they also understand they need help and usually they understand that what they are doing is not working. They reach out with trust because of crisis and although they do need God through Jesus, many need the body and its interventions to see them through their difficulties, whether they need food, shelter, to be made safe, work, purpose or meaning in their lives. It is about caring about people, body, soul and spirit.

If they find the help they are seeking, they will probably stay in the faith. If not, most loose what faith they have and become a bigger problem. Jesus no doubt is the solution, but so is the the body as He needs the body to reach out in love to supply the need. Our Daily Bread, is about outreach as believers, volunteers, Churches and Ministers, working together to solve those needs.

When people come to Christ all things are new as they become part of the body. They are like children dependant on their spiritual parents to help them and guide them in their needs. Sometimes those needs are significant and require more resources than what one Individual, Church or Minister can provide. Our Daily Bread through it members are here to share resources so people in need can become a part of the solution as they grow to maturity, instead of continuing to be a part of the problem. Our Daily Bread is about helping build the body through its members to deal with all things. It is a promise (covenant) that we can do all things through Christ (Jesus the head and we are the body), but we need to have the heart to be willing to work together to do so. Our Daily Bread is about team work. Working together to solve the needs locally and globally to fulfill the Great Commission. Preaching the Good News that the body cares about them and are willing to do something about it.

God desires that we all stir up our faith to believe Him and work together as His representatives for the supply to meet the needs of people globally in every outreach, we ask you to join in the prayer of agreement with us for the following needs to be met:

Finances to End Starvation Globally-Imagine the body working together to end starvation. If we all worked together just for this one cause people would be flocking to the church and we would no longer have to encourage people to come to church. The facts are if all that called themselves believers would give just $1 per month each, we could end starvation. When people of the world see the people of the church taking care of the basic needs, every church involved will be filled with people and God’s blessing. Faith begins to move when we choose to step out and do something.

Volunteers to Establish Fellowship Houses Globally-Fellowship Houses provide not only a place for people to live while they are in transition, but they also teach people how to become a part of the solution. With Fellowship Houses everyone wins: God’s Word gets out, people are helped and healed while they are being trained, and it is also good for investors. Fellowship Houses pay for themselves. Reasons for Fellowship Houses: Transition form Prison, Abusive Situations, Adult Foster Care, Child Foster Care, Day Care, Christian Schools, and outreach for the church. Who Wins? Everyone!

Twenty-four-hour prayer line— Expanding our support services to 24 hours a day, seven days a week will give our Partners and Friends immediate prayer of agreement for emergency needs-day or night.

Prison Ministries-Prisons can be a positive influence if the time in prison is used properly for His glory. Men and women need to be healed, loved and cared for. When they leave prison they will either have a root of bitterness or they will be rooted in what God has for them. People in prison can be trained for service while inside. Pray and agree with us that we are able to get into prisons globally and that God’s will is done in our lives and all those we touch.

Expansion of Counseling Services through Partners and Affiliates Globally-Counseling and mentorship is the front line means of outreach and intake for all who are in need. Pastoral Counseling is about Chris Interventions and Christ Intervention! Counseling looks at the needs of individuals and works to gather the resources needed to stabilize those in need so they can be taken in by the church for personal growth so they will no longer be in crisis.
