Your input is very important to us. Please use this area as place for suggestions in how to make it better for everyone. This all can work but it is up to each of us to have the heart to make it work and bring needed changes that can and will bring effective change to many lives globally. :)

There is probably already a way to do this and I just haven't found it yet, but is it possible to be contacted through email when there has been a new reply to a topic of disscussion that you have previously posted in? I am trying to develop a habit of checking here daily, but it would also be very convienent to get those little reminders.
Blessings~

If you click on the "Notify" tab at the bottom of the topic, you will receive an email when anyone posts to that topic.

Blessings to you as well ~

Also when you make a post there are additional options right outside where your doing the righting. Click on that and you can be notified of posts to a particular thread.

Live chat is there although you do not see it, (which admittedly doesn't do much good). What is missing is to have have moderators available to be on line 24/7 to answer questions, do some counseling and encourage people to work as one body.

Hopefully sooner or latter this will be an actual global community (1 million users at least) where we will have live on line information to what is happening all over the planet and people standing by to seek God for resolve to what is happening. That is the temporary fix.

Long term would be to understand God's plan globally and implement His plan.

Thank you for the tips. The 24-7 hotline idea will be absolutely amazing. Very exciting indeed!

Well err ya amazing good thing, however be aware that you and others like yourself are part of the body and as such the hotline, so please feel free to organize it and work it.

Thank you!  ;D

re membership levels, newbies, internediate, etc.

I'm a bit confused as to exactly how the levels work. According to dr Wiliams its newbie from 1-25 and intermediate thereafter, yet a lot of members have different categories, e.g. I saw one with 50+ posts being a newbie, somebody else with 28 being intermediate etc.  thanks for clearing/correcting that  God bless you

What we are actually looking for besides the posts to the questions and hopefully students working together and getting to know each other and with that prayerfully walking with each other, we are looking to see how the students will interact not just with the students which is the minimal part, but with those that come here seeking help.

Here is your promise and it is from Jesus. Whatever we agree and touch it will be done. People need to see God in their lives and the students working with each other can bring that to each that is seeking help. It is the solution, not just in here, but out there as well.  8)

I must confess, this confusion is probably my fault. Over time, these levels have changed, and I have probably overlooked some of the places they've been referenced.

To set the record straight, the levels (as of 02/27/2009) are as follows:

Newbie0 - 50
Intermediate Member51 - 100
Junior Member101 - 175
Full Member176 - 275
Senior Member276 +

As soon as I get some time, I will get this straightened out.

In addition, the software came with it set up with categories, which does not mean that one is better than the other, but maybe more experienced perhaps by the number of posts.

The qualification for the certification students are that it takes a minimum of 50 posts. What we are looking for is not just the questions and answers and making posts, but how you will deal with others and to what extent your love is for others when they come here for whatever they come here for.

It is and should be about seeking God for one another and then walking with each other out of love for God and each other which is how we show our love for God.

Anyone can make 50 posts, but that is not the point. What happens is that when a person is licensed by ODB as a minister, they represent God and ODB and we want to know how you will deal with people. This forum is a practicum or practice. It is a rather safe place where you can practice what you will or are preaching and then ask questions of how to do better at what you are preaching.

We are all to lead not just by preaching, but by example. That means if you love others and you are teaching others God's ways it will probably be teaching others out of love and teaching others to love. The other direction is fire and brimstone concept of leadership and I have to admit fear works and works well but gets old after a while and the problems actually get worse and not better.

Love is the answer and we want to see how much or to what extent the students will love others. Do we put others and their needs before our own or after. I am not talking about your personal families. I am talking about those that God sends you. Will you care for them as you care for your personal families or are the separate and if so why and should they be?

In fact if you really understand what is being said here. You would want to bring people into the forum, because between you and the others we can petition God for answers, because once again if we move in love and unity, the body of Christ has all power and authority in heaven and earth. This is what Jesus died for. That is the power of the empty tomb and we if we really get it, will bring people in so they can witness the power of God. That will change peoples lives.  :)
We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. Jesus is the head and we are the body of Christ. It is a circle based on love, unity, respect, freedom and equality.

Dr Wiliams writes, "The body of Christ has all power and authority in heaven and earth..." such as awesome, yet humbling thought, too. Would He give us power if we were not to use it for His kingdom, His honor, His glory? He entrusts us with such a perfect, flawless tool; His power, His authority! Are we to be fearful of this? Are we to just be quiet before Him and seek His guidance in using this power and authority.... He gave it to us, Oh, how thankful of that truth I am!!
