"I will Remember My Covenant."

We are a covenant people, but very few know

what God has given us.

Salvation

"I will Remember My Covenant."

Salvation for: Life, deliverance, healing, and protection!

Isaiah 55:6: "Seek, the Lord while He may be found, call upon while He is near."

Salvation: Having a heart for God and having God's heart!

The answer to why we need salvation is perhaps different for many people. For me it was a way and still is a way to get through life, but what exactly is salvation? Scripture tells us that those that are led by the Spirit of God are the sons of God. Secondly, those that overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the words of their testimony and third those that endure until the end.

At the time it was sickness that was in my life, and a life of sin. At the time I did not know that sickness was caused by sin, and I did not know that sin caused all sorts of problems, such as starvation, disease and poverty.

Although I did not know these things I knew I was in trouble, and unless something was done I knew I would not make it. It was that day I gave my life to the Lord, and I’m glad I did.

Yes, Salvation is for eternal life, but it is also for, healing, deliverance, protection and redemption. What are your needs? God is calling you while you read this as He wants to help in whatever way you need, and He wants to be their in your life to be your best friend. All you have to do is ask, as we all have had to do!

God has never let anyone down. He won’t start with you.

Jesus was asked how a person is saved. Jesus answered, "you must be born again." To be born again is to go to God in the name of Jesus and ask Him into your life. What happens is that as you do your life is exchanged for Jesus life. You actually die, and are buried, and are resurrected with Jesus and sitting at the right hand of the Father in the body.

Difficult to understand? OK, what is important is that when you pray the enclosed prayer, you will be a new creature, forgiven of all things and have the Holy Spirit. This is important as it allows you to overcome all things in life, as you are now a child of God as

"GREATER IS HE THAT IS IN YOU THAN HE THAT IS IN THE WORLD."

How?

1) Acknowledge, "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God." Romans 3;23. You are a sinner!

2) Repent, " Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord." Acts 3:19

3) Forsake, Turn from Sin! "Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts, let him return to the Lord and He will have mercy on him, and our God, He will abundantly pardon." Isaiah 55:7 Sin is doing things our way. It is learning to do things His way. It is  turning to Him and learning to trust Him as a child, with child like faith.

4) Believe, "For God so loved the world that He gave us His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth on Him shall not die, but have everlasting life." John 3:16 "He who believes and is baptized shall be saved, but he who does not believe shall be condemned." Mark 16:16

5) Receive, Salvation is a gift of God!" He came to His own and His own received Him not, but as many as received him, to them gave He the power to become the sons of God, even to them who believe in His name." John 1:11-12. How do we become a son? By learning to be led by His Spirit.

6) Have a heart for God and God's heart! There are two great commandments, the first is to Love God with all of our hearts and the second is like unto it, love the neighbor as thyself. As His child we represent Him in all things, His love, grace, caring, forgiveness and provision.  If we have God's heart then we will care about our neighbors well being. Are they hungry? Feed them! Are they on the street? Help them find a place to stay. Are they sick or in prison? Visit and care for them. (Matthew 25:31-46) God cares about of us and if we have a heart for God we care about what He cares about and do something about it. God supplies us and of our first fruits we are to give to help others. We owe it to God. It is a part of the package. When we help others they receive salvation as we help them and we receive salvation as we help others as we are walking in faith and love.

7) Work together as one body with many parts! Come to an understanding that we are all very connected by His blood that was shed for us. Scripture tells us that we can do all things through Christ. It is true! However it is important to note that Christ is made up of two parts, Jesus the head and the second part is the body, His true bride. His true bride represents Him in all things. As one body we are to work together if we are one in Him. To do so takes God's heart as we are broken, so we can be used to help others. We no longer live for ourselves, but for service to others. What we do to others, good or bad, we do directly to Him.

8) Christ Crucified! Jesus was crucified for us. He had no will other than the Fathers. So when Jesus said, "if you know me you know the Father," it was true. The question is, "have we died to self?" Are we doing our own thing or are we doing what He wants us to? Can we say to others, "if you know me, you know the Father?" It is salvation for us to give our lives over to Him daily and let Him led and be in control of our lives. Those that are led by the Spirit of God, are the sons of God. How do we die to self? It is a daily practice as we surrender our will and desires and goals for what He wants in our lives. As we do this He we give us new desires to pursue.

Pray this Prayer: Father I come to you in the name of Jesus, and in His name I ask forgiveness for all my sin. I understand that Jesus died for me on the cross, and his blood was shed for me, and He died, was buried and resurrected that I will be made whole. I ask for your healing, protection, deliverance and your redemption. I know that you did this for me, to be with me today and help me in all things and have everlasting life.

Father, I now in the name of Jesus receive your gift of salvation and the Holy Spirit, and I pray that I will be led by your Spirit. Teach me and guide me in all things as you have promised. Fill me with your Holy Spirit as you give me the power of your Spirit, to overcome all things in life. Father I ask for the Gifts of the Spirit. Thank you for making me a new creature, as old things are passed away and all things become new. Thank you for your Spirit and the gifts you have given. Thank you for your power, your love. I praise you Father, in the name of Jesus. Amen!

If you have just prayed that prayer, there are a couple of things you need to do; First you should open your mouth and speak whatever is on your mind. It may be a word, or something that you do not understand. This is the gift of Tongues and you should ask the Spirit to help you pray as His prayer is always correct. The second thing that you need to do is to tell someone else that you have accepted Christ as it is also the confession of the mouth that is important. Praise God you are now a believer, and we want to hear from you, send us the form enclosed and we will send you some free information.

If you have just accepted Him or have rededicated your life to Him, Contact Us. We desire to walk with you as a part of His body. We will walk with you each step of the way in life and help you find your calling and purpose. From this day forward, you will never have to be alone, unless you want to be. We may not have all of the answers to all of life's problems or situations, but together as one body in Him we will seek Him for an answer.  Welcome to the family of God!

The Gospel: The Good News:

Our Covenant: In Noah's day all that entered the ark, which was representative of the covenant, the body, and today the temple were saved from the flood. God desires that each enter covenant with Him and walks with Him daily. We are a covenant people and what we lend ourselves to and what we enter covenant with, we represent Him and either loose His Spirit or bind His Spirit. Today the temple is not built out of wood or mortar and stone, but flesh and blood. Our flesh and His blood, which is what seals us and makes us one with Him, but also one with each other if we are truly of Him. As El Shaddai He provided us with a covenant, the ark, the temple, the body which has been given all power on earth and in heaven to deal with all problems, to put an end to the work of the enemy if we work as one body in love and unity. While today many come to the temple to receive help and they do it is those that enter and stay in the temple to become part of the structure of the temple that are saved from the fire that is about to come.

Jesus in His death burial and resurrection and our acceptance of Him as Lord we also accept Christ, both head, which is Jesus, but also the body. He paid a great price not just for the Father and He did not have to die because He sinned but He died so there could be a body to represent the will of the Father globally. Jesus did all things for the body and if we are like Him we should do the same, to do things for the body. We are grafted in as Jews, meaning "God's people" as such should build relationship with Him and each other to accomplish His will in all things. As a part of the Gospel or Good news Jesus through His sacrifice bought each of us entry and the ability to walk with God as Adam did in the garden of Eden. Adam like us makes a choice to either eat from the Tree of Life or the Tree of Knowledge. If we eat from the Tree of Life we seek Him and His presence and walk with Him daily, should we eat from the Tree of Knowledge we make or own choices and determine what is good and evil and eating from this tree always brings death.

As a part of His covenant and good news all those that accept "Christ" may receive His anointing, which in the Old Testament was reserved for only kings, prophets and priests, but with that anointing we become responsible for how we use that anointing and for what happens around us and all outcomes as we are leaders and have been given the ability to influence all in either the things of Him or the ways of the world. What we lend ourselves to increases as a part of His covenant, good or bad. It is important for each to hear from Him and understand His ways and do what each have been called to do as those called and chosen in the Old Testament. Those that did not do this in the Old Testament that received His anointing and justified why they did what they did lost everything. Although we live in grace we need to understand that what we do and what we represent is not the ways of the world but are to only represent His ways. It is salvation for us to do so and salvation for those that have an ear to hear in those that we reach out to.

What ODB is all about is joining together to seek His face as one in Him and that is not only where the power is but where the answers are also. Scripture tells us that we can do all things through Christ. We define Christ as Jesus is the head and we are the body. So by working as one in Him and each other provision is made. Jesus gave us a prayer which we commonly call the Lord's prayer and in it we are to pray His will be done but also to pray the He gives us this day our daily bread. Our Daily Bread is Jesus and His ministry to mankind.

God's plan is His plan for the body not just in local areas but for the whole body locally and globally. We each need to understand His plan for the body and for us as individuals, to know His will and our purpose and calling in the body, walking with Him and each other. It worked in Acts and it is working today doing His way: Global Ministry Initiative . Our commission is to leave no stone unturned globally and deny no one in need. The only way this can be done is through the body working as one in Him in love and unity.

Salvation:

We believe that salvation is turning our lives over to God through Jesus and accepting Christ as Lord and Savior. We also believe when we accept Christ we are accepting Jesus the head of the body and we are the body. We believe the His body is broken so people may see Him in us, His people. We believe that all should know His voice and be led by His Spirit to be sons of God. We also believe that the more one surrenders to God the more love and unity there will be in the body caring for all. We believe that we are to overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony. We believe we are to die to self daily and learn how to be servants, not being over one another or better than others. We believe that we should have no will of our own, but only the will of the Father.

We believe that we are to learn to trust in the Lord with all of our hearts and lean not unto our own understanding. As we are servants then we must seek God for His will in our lives in all things we do. We believe we are to work as one body. We believe that each in the body has been called by God for His purpose and calling. We believe that if we love Him we will keep His words and commandments. We also believe that as He has adopted us, if we love Him then we will also adopt all of His people. We believe that we show our love for Him by caring about and doing something about the needs of all. We do believe that salvation is a gift from God and no one can earn it and no one deserves to be saved, but we are saved by grace through faith and faith comes by hearing and hearing comes from the Word, Jesus.

We believe that God has a plan for us as the body and us as individuals and that we all are responsible to know His plan, purpose and our calling. We believe that all that are called to teach are called to also be an example to all and that part of our responsibility to all is that for all to know His plan for the body and us as individuals and walk in His plan and purpose, to do His words and not just hear them. We believe that all are called to be ministers and His priests to represent His will and love to all people on earth. It is a condition of our hearts to do so daily to each that He sends us. We believe that this is accomplished when we die to ourselves daily and seek His will.

I John 5:11,12 “And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life and this life is in His son. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life.”

Romans 8:14 “For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.”

John 10:4 “And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them and the sheep follow him, for they know his voice.”

One of the greatest questions that a person can have or should have is “How do I know that I am saved?” According to Ephesians 2:8, “For by grace are ye saved through faith, and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God.” This is true no one can earn salvation and we all have been given enough grace because none of us can or ever will deserve salvation. Paul the apostle once said in Acts 16:31, “And they said, "Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house." There is much discussion about the word believe and what that really means. Today we use the word believe in accepting something as truth which is partially true in this verse, however a further meaning of believe is to have faith in and trusting God putting our lives in His hands. For example in Proverbs 3:5-6 we find “Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.”

So to know that we are saved, does take and element of believing and accepting that Jesus died for us, was buried and raised from the dead. What salvation really comes down to is trusting and learning how to trust Him and being led by Him as we put our lives in His hands. 1Corintians 7:23 “Ye are bought with a price; be ye not the servants of men.” As we have been bought with a price we do need to seek Him as a servant does. Not to tell the Master what to do, but the Master tells the servant what they should do or not do. This is done is by seeking Him and walking with Him daily.

Trust takes some time. It is true that most when we come to God, we do the best in our understanding of Him give our lives. As we go along we then have to make decisions as we seek Him for His will or do we make decisions? If we are making decision then perhaps we should do some self-examination as to how much we actually gave Him our lives. Many do it when they need help in fact many come to Him in crisis and He has always been there to accept, if fact most of us have found that He cleans us up and helps us get back on our feet. Usually a period of time goes on and we are tested not because of Him as He knows what we will and will not do, but the testing is for us. It is like being in battle to see if we will stand and fight or run. Any good soldier will tell you that no one really knows until they are in battle. So we find ourselves in situations to see how much we are actually trusting Him. Most of us do not do well in this and often blow it but “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” I John 1:9

He is a good Father and quick to forgive us if we ask Him to. It is important to try and not do it again. The main thing to focus on in all of this, is learning to walk with Him as Adam did. As we do He helps us overcome the things that need to be dealt with. We are to know His voice and be led by His Spirit. We should work at building a relationship with Him, which does take some time, like any relationship. He is very understanding.

Salvation is an act of faith based upon what the Word of God telling us what to do to receive eternal life. Salvation puts our names in the Lamb’s book of life and seals us with the Holy Spirit, which will give us new desires. Compared to the old man, which had only desires for the world, he will give us desires to serve Him. It is important to follow through with those things as He gives us small things to do at first and if we are faithful in the small things, He will give us greater things to do. Each of us in the body have been given a purpose and if we do what we are called to do it will save lives as His purpose is always to reach out to others in love and care for them as we represent Him and His will.

As you seek Him He will speak to you, but what He says will always be in line with the Scripture. It is also important for you to become familiar with God’s word so you will know where to find the answer to life’s problems. What you know you can count on and why from our Father, because there are promises made to His children throughout the Bible.

By finding these promises and learning to look to God for the answer for these things, our faith will start to grow and we become stronger. Faith comes by hearing and hearing comes from the Word. There are a couple of meaning to this, the first is He does speak to us through His Word and you will find that certain scriptures will stick out more than others. It is the Holy Spirit that is trying to teach you something. However He also speaks to us in one of three ways to build faith. Firs, there is a still quiet voice that most get confused with their conscience. The second, is it seems, His voice comes up through the belly and finally some hear His voice outside of themselves. It is a voice that will make you want to drop to your knees but also be aware that usually there are some rough roads ahead.

Romans 10:17 “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God.” It is important also to remember that when this scripture was written there was no scripture. Bibles had not been printed and very few had scripture from the Old Testament except for Jews in the temple or synagogues. What Paul was writing about was Jesus talking to people and when He does faith is produced. Jesus is the Word of God and when we speak His Words we become the word. We are to become living epistles which is the word.

One thing that does happen is that we often come under attack from the enemy as we are no longer of the world. Many when they first come to Him do not understand this. Those in the world do not need to be attacked, but there is a reason believers are attacked by Satan. Satan has no power except the believer gives him power. We his sons and daughters have power over the enemy. If we do not fully understand and do not gather together, we will be attacked. There is safety when we are with His people. Sometimes these are subtle attacks to see if we will be honest or tell the truth or stand on what we know is true. Sometimes attacks are direct or through others especially believers in them saying things in error to hurt others.

Satan has no power to bring an end to the earth only the believer and the power of the Holy Spirit is in the temple and the body is the temple. Mark 11:23-24 tells us, “For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.” What this is saying basically is as sons and daughter of God what we believe, speak and do not doubt, will happen either good or bad.

The enemy works to get us often to say the wrong things. When we do then we actually are working for the enemy and not God. Keep doing this and it is good way not to get to heaven. Only God’s people have the power of God. What makes us the enemies or Satan’s people is when we use the power of God for our own use and desires. It is called witchcraft.

Have you ever heard the term self-fulfilled prophecy? It is true what we say to others is either a blessing or a curse and we need to learn how powerful our words are as His children. Have you ever heard a parent tell their children they are stupid? What is the stupid part is that the parents are surprised when their children do grow up to be stupid. Satan has no power to bring and end to the world, only the believer and what they say does. Many believers are actually seeking His return thinking that is a good thing. The only reason God has in the past made changes is when His people are not standing in faith. So the end cannot come unless the believers hearts wax cold and the believers speaks destruction in the world. Look at what is happening. Jesus worked hard to speak only what the Father gave Him to speak. Destruction comes not because of those in the world but because of the believer as we have the power of God.

To understand this fully we need to go back to Genesis and do some research. God created everything not with His hands but His Words He spoke. He spoke it all into existence. When it came to man and creating Him from the dirt God made man in His own image. God is a spirit and we must worship Him in Spirit and truth. So we are spirit beings, who live in a body and have a soul which is the conscious mind. What makes us no longer of the world but of Him, is through Jesus His Son and our acceptance and belief in Him. Jesus had the power of God and so do we as His anointed children.

As God’s children, our words have great power in quoting scripture at a problem we will see scriptural results. By speaking about the problem it will bring more problems. What we speak will increase good or bad. As His children we also are born leaders especially if we have received the anointing of the Holy Spirit. We lead people in one direction of the other. Believers that have received God’s anointing are given favor with those in the world. We have influence on all around us and we lead them either closer to God or away from Him. Many believers do things in error not understanding who they are in Christ and the power and authority they have been given on earth.

Through Jesus we have been given a powerful covenant with God. Through Jesus we have the same anointing as He does and did if we will but understand and believe. " Genesis 9:15 “And I will remember My covenant which is between Me and you and every living creature of all flesh, and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh.” God is bound by His words to us. This a powerful statement. It is a statement given to us by God if we but only learn how to stand on His promises. One needs only to look around at what is happening in the world and to our own lives. We see the need that we all have for God and what He can and will do for us if we will only seek Him and His way of doing things. We have His Word on it! While today as a society we have learned to do our own thing for the most part and really if we look at things with open eyes it does not take too much to see the truth of it all. Drugs, crime, alcoholism, gambling are all on the increase as most today do not see a hope for the future. In so doing we have given up not only on ourselves, but our spouses, children, society and God as we see no future. As we see no future we begin to believe that no matter what we do, nothing will get better.

What brings salvation is walking with Him daily seeking Him and standing on what He has made us, as His sons and daughters. We speak these things by faith. When we confess these things with our mouths they bring the very power of God on all things around us. Faith increases and we find salvation today and for eternity.

The only way evil can prosper is when Gods People do nothing!

Here are the keys to life and success. Many ask why things go wrong in life?  It happens because we speak either the correct things or things in error, because what  we speak we become. Above there are some scripture with examples of how to use the scriptures in life. What we confess we become good or bad. If we confess these things in conversation with others or at least dwell on these things you will become these things. What we dwell on or focus on in life we become. It is how to use faith. Speaking scripture sinks in and all words we speak are faith statements whether good or bad. That is our choice what to speak. Sow good seed in you conversation and you will reap a harvest after the seed you have sown.  Sow bad seed in conversation, you will also reap bad fruit. Fruit good or bad is a end result of our speech and they way we speak and what we speak. See bad results, change the speech and you will have a different crop of fruit.

For example, start speaking I can do all things through Christ and it will begin to happen over a period of time. It may take a while but be assured it will happen and you will have a different mind set instead of fear it becomes faith. It is like a prescription for medicine but better these words are like vitamins and keep the spirit healthy and I am a doctor. The pills are the scripture in taking the pills and using them things will get turned around.  It is salvation to accept and stand on His Words both written and spoken to us.

"I will Remember My Covenant."

"God gave us His Son, Spirit, Love, Direction, Purpose, Gifts, and free will. He gave us all the basic tools to either care for Him and others or care just for ourselves.

It is a choice either way, to either learn to work together to solve problems, but at the end, when it is all said and done, our true hearts will be exposed. We are given two things to do, love God and love our neighbor as ourselves.
