Application for Admission & Financial Aid

There are two separate classifications for students in our system, 1) degree or certificate seeking, (ODB, Bible Institute) Students in this category have three years to complete all course work and, 2) community education, (ODB, Bible School) for the non-degree seeking student of which there is no time limit. Scholarship funds are only made available to the degree seeking student.

Tuition and Books:

The costs vary dependent upon the degree that you are seeking and the programs that are offered by the schools. Generally there are three semesters per year and a total of thirty-six credits per year with an average cost of $12 per credit, which include the cost of books and study materials. Scholarships are available for up to 100% of the total cost of the tuition and books, depending on the applicant's financial situation.

Below are applications for admission to the school, recommendation statement of which there are two required, and application for financial aid as a part of the package that is usually sent through the mail to the applicant. It is important to fill in all the information. Please print a copy of these applications on your printer, and once completed mail to Our Daily Bread, Bible Institute, Admissions Office, P.O. Box 1934,  Redmond, OR 97756. Enclose the $30 application fee and we will send you two sets of tests, the first for placement and the second to help you discover your Spiritual gifts and calling. After examining these tests a school advisor will contact you, to perhaps make recommendations on your choice of career or course studies.

Our Daily Bread, Bible Institute is designed to be a three-year degree study, however it is possible to complete all the required study material within one year. All the studies teach you to do the things that Jesus did throughout the period of study. This is not meant to slow the student down but it is meant to give you the practical experience as you can only effectively testify to others what you personally have experienced.

The only exception to the three-year degree course studies is the studies that call for a certificate of completion upon successful completion of the course study. Usually these are three-month study courses.

We are responsible…..

When anyone, anywhere, reaches out for help, We want our hand always to be there. For that  we are responsible.

We are responsible both to God and each other.

"Together we can make a change, we can make a difference!"

"God gave us His Son, Spirit, Love, Direction, Purpose, Gifts, and free will. He gave us all the basic tools to either care for Him and others or care just for ourselves.

It is a choice either way, to either learn to work together to solve problems, but at the end, when it is all said and done, our true hearts will be exposed. We are given two things to do, love God and love our neighbor as ourselves.
