We take you step by step from study to what you are called to do and provide with all the basics to help you get started. (i.e. prayer support, studies for your particular calling, ministry plan, brochure templates for outreach, consulting services, resources, support services, web space, free advertising, outreach materials and show you how to raise funds, resume services, student services, job classifieds or services offered listing)

1. Our commitment and Concern for you as an individual in the body; There are many paths that one can take in life and we all have choices to make along the way? Right? That sounds good but it is not scriptural. We care enough for you to tell you up front that you need to know and make sure it was God that led you here. While He is sending believers to us globally it is important for you to know that you are going in the right direction. Part of what we do is to provide you with a Spiritual Covering. We believe in order to be scriptural and to have balance the Five Fold Gift Ministry is needed for proper growth, (apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers).  He cannot work against His Words. We are not here in a position of being over anyone, but called to walk with and help guide as led by His Spirit.

Scripture tells us that those that are led by the Holy Spirit are the sons of God. You were bought with a very high price and we respect that, but as we were bought with a price then we you or us, are no longer your own will, but His. That really is salvation. It is about surrendering our lives to Him. It is seeking Him and His will and not ours own. You will find everything in ODB is about His will for the body and you and we all  need to know where you stand. Scripture also tells us that the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. Prayer is powerful in love and unity when we forgive, but also when we are going in the right direction. Righteousness is knowing in which direction to go and going in that direction. Anything else is sin and deception. That is the difference between faith and wandering around in the desert for forty years. We want what is best for you.

We respect that you are here because this is where God wants you. This is something that He is doing and not us. We do not advertise. His people are led by God here to ODB, we accept that and we respect everyone that He sends us as from Him. 

2. His plan globally;  We the Body are to go into all the world and preach the Gospel and you as a part of His plan in His work take part in global missions with ODB: Our mission and you as a part of ODB, is to leave no stone unturned globally and deny no one in need. That is a big statement to make but that is our purpose and the only way to get the job done is by love and unity in the body. There is one body, one temple, one covenant and just as in the Old Testament the Holy Spirit dwelled in the temple. It is the same in the New Testament, but the temple is not made of stone but out of flesh and blood. It is His blood that binds us together and our flesh as we learn there is nothing good in us except for Him and as such we surrender to His will as there is no other way to reach every one globally and supply the needs of people. When the body is split then so is the power. No one in ODB is over another, we are all here in a supportive position and the position of each one of us is to edify the body. 

3. His Plan for you; He has a plan globally, but He also has a plan for you and those you lead specifically and each of us have a calling, purpose and plan. Any of us either know that plan and walk in it or we wonder in the desert much like Israel did. We provide prayer support, resources, training and a network of believers called to help. ODB by His design is called to support, exhort, train, pray for and walk with each believer that has a heart to do so. To work as one body. Its function in the body is in part to help all find their calling, purpose and gifts so we all can function as one body. A house divided against itself will fall. There is power in agreement Amos 3:3 in walking together. He gave us the very power of God in walking together in agreement and touching anything it will be done. It does take wisdom, which is also why He gave us the five fold gift ministry to guide, but it is up to each of us to work as one body. If we don't we can actually work against the body and His plan and will.

We walk with you, you walk with us, not alone but the body walking with you each step of the way. You will see and experience a difference of how things can get done in the kingdom of God and why sometimes they do and do not. If you are not sure of direction and purpose we can provide you and those you lead with studies that will help you in your purpose and calling as you are led by His Spirit to develop a His plan for you, gathering the resources that you will need each step of the way unto the point you are in ministry. This is not just about a degree or certificate, but being real and being led by His Spirit.

4. His plan for those you have been called to reach; You will find that not only is ODB about helping you in your purpose but also here to walk with you, each step of the way into His will and further ministry and growth. You are not alone unless you want to be. Prayer is a key! As you go out and reach people that you are called to reach, some you will be able to help and some not as you may not know what to do or how to help. At this point you can either take it on yourself or hopefully let us know so we can pray for each one that you reach out to. The power of prayer in forgiveness, love and unity is awesome. When any of us meet people you will pray for them, but also let us know what the needs are so others can pray also. Scripture gives us a concept that tells us that if two pray in agreement and touch anything it will be done. So it is not just about two, or 200 or 2,000 but as many as 1 million praying for that one person you are trying to help. That is the power of God and you will witness it first hand. You will also be praying for the needs of others as you go along. 

5. Real Relevance; The purpose of all of this is to bring the body together in love and unity so we can understand the same things. You will receive not only studies but first hand experience in your calling and purpose. In experiencing what is happening in peoples lives as a result of His Spirit, you will receive wisdom and practical application of scripture. Many can quote scripture backwards and forwards but not sure how to apply it to their lives. In fact most believers spend more time planning their vacation than they do planning and walking in their anointing and calling. If we all did then this world would be different. 

6. Needs Based for His purpose, your growth and His will: From your ministry plan if you have one, we walk with you each step of the way. If you do not have one we can help you develop one by His leading. By His design it takes many things to accomplish His will in ministry so no stone is left unturned. It takes vision, working as one body, understanding the same things, support, training, focus, determination, prayer, God anointing and most importantly believers willing to work with each other to accomplish His will on earth as it is in Heaven. 

7. Training; Depending on your needs as a disciple and student ODB has two paths to take; Option 1: Certificate programs; The first and the quickest way to get into ministry is by enrolling in one of our certificate programs which will give you all of the basic tools that you will need to get into ministry. Upon completion you will be automatically enrolled in one of the ministerial associations, which will walk with you each step of the way to help you in your calling. The online application for the certificate programs are located here for you convenience:  Credits from the certificate program are transferable in the Bible Institute for full credit towards a degree program if you wish. The big difference between the certificate programs and the full degree programs is that although the certificate programs are quicker as they compressed, somewhat self directed although you will be interacting with teachers, but also in the fully Bible Institute you have access to a student advisor as it is a broader path to take. Option 2, full degree programs;
The other direction is to participate in on-line studies with the Bible Institute to work towards either an Associates, Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Program. In order to enroll please fill out the following paper work located at: Application for Admission. Let us know with that you interests as far as course of studies. Once we receive your application we will assign a student advisor to you to help you with choosing courses and helping you create a plan for completion.

Guidance; You may ask or wonder why we offer the consulting? We have come to the realization that the only way for things to get turned around is through Christ and learning to work together to resolve local problems. We have come to understand in our walk, that governments or social service organizations cannot meet the need. It is much like the story of feeding people fish. If you feed people fish they will always be hungry and will always be looking for more fish. The other method is while you are feeding people it is equally important to teach people how to fish. Once they learn how to fish they in turn can teach others how. Our salvation in part, for the future comes from those that are helped. "What ever we do to the least of these."
